As a Medical Esthetician, your role is one of customer care, from booking appointments and greeting your clients to providing them with skin analysis, applying make-up, providing cosmetic massage and performing regular or medical facial treatments. You may also provide laser, and radio frequency treatments as well as microdermabrasion. As a professional, you pride yourself on upholding standards in order to prevent the transmission of contamination or any infection.
Beyond direct client care, Medical Estheticians are professionals adept at communications and management duties such as scheduling and confirming appointments; performing preparatory work and properly cleaning and restocking rooms/dispensaries as required; controlling and monitoring inventory; as well as, promoting treatments, services, sessions and programs available to clients. You are a multi-tasker and have a passion for understanding the specialized knowledge around all that you offer to clients and enjoy educating and informing them in these myriad areas.
As a skilled Medical Office Administrator, you perform a variety of administrative duties in doctor’s offices, hospitals, laboratories, clinics and other medical settings. You are the first person to greet patients and staff upon entering the clinic, and the atmosphere of your work environment is enhanced by your friendly and welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills.
Some of your responsibilities include, being the foundation of communication within the office; planning and scheduling appointments; organizing and maintaining documents and files; managing projects; conducting research; and, providing information by use of telephone, email, and postal service. You may be required to transcribe dictation and assist physicians or medical staff with reports and conference proceedings. You may also need to be familiar with insurance rules, billing practices, and hospital or laboratory procedures according to their province.

Medical Radiography Technology is imaging technology used to diagnose various ailments and is the art and science of correctly positioning the patient and X-ray equipment to produce and record images for visualizing the extent of pathology (disease) or injury. It includes the use of computed tomography (CT), interventional radiology (IR), bone densitometry and mammography (breast imaging), among others.
Our Medical Radiography Technology program trains students as medical radiologic technologists, educating them in the areas of patient care, radiation safety, computerized imaging techniques, and anatomy and pathology. It is designed to ensure graduates are responsible for the safe and competent operation of a wide range of X-ray generating machines, the production of digital images, and use of accessory medical equipment.
Medical Radiography Technology was reviewed and approved by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

The Pre-Medical program is designed to provide students with the strong foundation needed to handle the rigorous course of study they will experience in the MD program. This course has been designed for high school graduates or college students who seek admission to a medical school and don’t meet the MD program requirements.
Students will complete an intensive three semesters taken over one year to earn the credits and experience needed for their chosen career path. Successful students from our Pre-Medical program may progress into 5-year MD program at our partner university, St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies.
This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005
