This program is a 2-year, 21-course, 5-semester program that is ideal for those interested in serving Canada and their communities in municipal and national policing, provincial and federal corrections, as well as the numerous enforcement and service positions in various branches throughout Alberta and Canada. Your faculty team are serving and retired educators providing engaging learning opportunities in and outside of the classroom. The admissions process at CCJA has made every opportunity to reflect the recruiting requirements of municipal policing in Alberta including fitness, a distinguished nominating officer program, truth verification, and fitness outcomes.
