Business, Accounting, Marketing Programs

  • The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.22) is recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) and consists of 390 hours of courses. Students can complete this program in class through virtual classes, or hybrid, in either English or French. The program is spread out over a period of approximately 5 to 6 months.

    Successful completion of the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam. Your newly acquired skills will give your future career in this field a competitive edge.

  • Our COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL real estate SPECIALISATIONS PROGRAMS are for any real estate broker with a valid licence who would like to add either of these specialization to his practice.

    Also, our specializations are for any students who has completed his Attestation of Collegial Studies in residential or commercial real estate brokerage in Quebec over the last two years.

    The commercial specialization is offered in virtual class, or hybrid at our 3 campuses, in French or English, on a day schedule or a nights & weekends schedule, and by correspondance.

    The residential specialization is offered in class, hybrid, or virtual, in French or English, on a day schedule or a nights & weekends schedule, and by correspondence.

  • The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Program (EEC.2F) is recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES) and consists of 420 hours of courses. Students can complete this program on campus or through virtual classes, in either English or French.

    Successful completion of the Commercial Brokerage Program allows you to register for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec’s (OACIQ) certification exam.

  • The Agency Executive Officer program (DAA.01) has 270 hours of courses. Students complete this program in virtual classes (210 hours) and in class (60 hours), in French only.

    Agency Executive Officer training takes place over a period of in 7 months or more, at the rate of two mornings a week in virtual classes from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and two on-site in classe weeks at our Nuns' Island campus.
