  • Barbering is not offered as a stand-alone program because Ontario does not recognize barbering as a licenced trade on its own. Instead, barbering is offered within Hairstyling programs, which leads to the ability to become licenced as a full spectrum hairstylist. This licenced profession can lead to barbering or hairstylist positions equally. Our Hairstyling program includes modules on barbering, where you will learn to use clippers and scissors to do a variety of men’s cuts and facial grooming, including but not limited to fades, beard and moustache shaping, cleaning hairlines, and other basic men’s facial grooming.
