Business Management and Entrepreneurship

Students will develop skills in business plan development, market analysis, financial forecasting, team leadership, and problem-solving. This program is designed to prepare graduates for entry-level management roles in various industries or to confidently pursue self-employment and the establishment of their own businesses within Moncton and the broader New Brunswick region. Key learning outcomes include the ability to formulate business strategies, manage financial resources, understand market dynamics, lead teams effectively, and develop viable business plans.
