What is CPR? Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.
Our First Aid training program has been created to teach students how to provide emergency care for someone in need; this may be at home, the workplace, or in a public place. The training is designed to make the learning process enjoyable and simple while providing a non-stressful training environment so that students may practice and apply emergency lifesaving skills.
