Communications & Client Management Certificate + Co-Op

The Communication & Client Management Diploma + Co-op program is designed to provide graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills required to succeed in the Canadian customer service sector. This is a 32 week program where students will first learn about theory in class (16 weeks) followed by a paid work co-op (16 weeks) to develop valuable real-world experience and hands-on skills.
