Residential and Commercial Drafting
The Residential and Commercial Drafting Diploma of Vocational Studies equips students with the essential knowledge to apply various drawing techniques and procedures, conduct surveys, research technical information, estimate material quantities, and utilize drafting software. Students will master the skills needed to create architectural, structural, and mechanical building plans (including ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems) using computer-aided design. Upon program completion, students will be proficient in producing comprehensive plans for residential and commercial structures.
