Veterinary Technology

The two-year, full-time Veterinary Technology Program equips students for careers as Veterinary Technicians within the animal welfare sector. Throughout the program, students acquire the expertise necessary to support Veterinarians in treating animals, including administering medications, conducting blood tests, managing anesthesia, and monitoring surgical patients. Additionally, the curriculum emphasizes effective communication strategies for educating pet owners on enhancing their animals’ health and welfare. Students gain practical experience through two clinical rotations and a 240-hour clinical internship at a veterinary hospital of their choice.
